Who loves a sea turtle? Pick me! They are such a fun cookie to make, but a steady and careful hand is needed to pull off that shell separation. I will guide every step of the way via large projector screen. You can do it! Each Reservation is for ONE person, Please do not bring extra people to share, seating is limited. We will be learning and creating, but we are going to have fun doing it! These cookies will be Cherry Peach flavor! YUM!! You will receive one dozen cookies (3 of each shown), 6 Royal icings, non-perils and a pizza box to take home. This will make 3 sets of these adorable cookies. We will cover a few techniques including how to create puff dimension and scribe in this workshop. During the break we will enjoy some refreshments, photo memory opportunities, and pick the winner of the door prize! Please be advised that templates are lightly scetched on the cookies with a pencil which is now relatively non-toxic and harmless. You are encouraged to do your own research on the subject. If you do not wish for the pencil application, please email me and I will not template your cookies. However, you will be on your own to template your design by your own freehand. Its not a difficult task for everyone, I just offer to do it for you as it does simplifies the learning process. Suggested age of 14+. Please note there will be a lot of up and down from your chair to transfer your cookies in and out of the dehydrator.

There are no refunds for this event as space is limited to 8 people only. If you cannot make the venue, please try to send a replacement. In the event of a no show, you will still have a full decorator box of cookies waiting for you to pick up in Post Falls (minus the personal instruction of course). I will hold no-show boxes for 3 days and then they will be considered abandoned and discarded. Should you come across a conflict in schedule please reach out. If I have others that are on a waitlist for the class and they register for your spot, I will be happy to credit your funds towards cookie orders or a future class. It is my goal that no cookie should go unloved or unwanted!
