We do everything we can to safely package your precious cookies, please review the 12 step packaging process on the home page. We do not guarantee the cookies once they leave our business. We do include insurance and tracking with our shipping process. If your cookies arrive damaged or are lost, it is important to photograph the damage and email us immediately. We will open a claim with the shipping platform and keep you informed of that process. We have yet to file a claim as of 3-3-23 with 16 packages shipped throughout the USA thus far. To date only 2 packages have been delayed once shipped do to inclimate weather. Cookies are made and shipped in Idaho- weather changes are a big deal here!
