This 6 cookie Sea Shell Collection Workshop is such a fun way to jump into summer! You will do this whole set in the workshop with instruction via big screen TV. This workshop is rated 6 of 10 in difficulty. In addition to the basic royal icing applications you will learn how to smear paint, wet brush, scribe threw, and scribe blending. You'll need to work at a faster pace for theses techniques to prevent the icing from crusting before your blending is finished. Fondant shells and edible sand will be provided. Cookies go home safely in a pizza box to prevent stacking. This is a soft bite cookie and icing. Not only will you get to show off your new cookie skills, but they are also very tasty! This icing does not get rock hard. We have a lot of fun in the Workshop! Lots of giggles, some dumb jokes, hosted coffee bar, and a fun door prize. Grab your Bestie and have some creative fun with us! Age 13 and up is suggested. You know your kiddo better than I. If your 9 or 10 year old can sit through and keep up with 2 hours of instruction without distraction to others, this may be a fun event for them as well.

There are no refunds for this event as space is limited. If you cannot make the venue, please try to send a replacement. In the event of a no show, you will still have a full decorator box of cookies waiting for you to pick up in Post Falls by APPOINTMENT ONLY (minus the personal instruction of course). I will hold no-show boxes for 3 days and then they will be considered abandoned and discarded. Should you come across a conflict in schedule please reach out. If I have others that are on a waitlist for the class and they register for your spot, I will be happy to credit your funds towards cookie orders or a future class. It is my goal that no cookie should go unloved or unwanted!
